My Experience, Skills and Qualifications

I am an experienced psychotherapist working online with clients in the UK & abroad.

I have supported 100s of clients with a wide range of personal issues around depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, abuse, racial trauma, spiritual awakening, loneliness, stresses within the workplace, low self-esteem, relationship breakdowns and sexual identity issues.


I work in a holistic and transpersonal way with clients 18+ from a diverse mix of social backgrounds. My practice is culturally sensitive and welcome to all regardless of race, gender, sexuality or identity.

When your feelings feel like chaos, I help you make sense of what’s going on inside. We’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck and find practical ways to move forward.

My priority is to help you speak freely, where you feel listened to and accepted without judgement or criticism. We will explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and situation.

I also help high achieving professionals whose work stress is damaging their relationship at home, so they can rebuild trust and closeness

Therapy is a collaborative process with you at the centre of every 50 minute weekly session. We will aim to keep the sessions at the same time every week with room for some flexibility.

All sessions are in confidence and follow the Ethical Framework laid down by the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP) of which I am a fully registered member.
